Was not thunderously delivered.
He was a surprise nonetheless
A hard to believe garb around Him
He was the One longed for
But not that way!
In my life too, I wonder
What is the thunder I expect
And what is the gift I get?
Have I embraced it in faith
Or am I scorning it in disbelief?
O Gracious Father!
Help me see through Your eyes
Help me have a heart tuned to Yours;
May I please You
By accepting all the GOOD things that come from You
